What is a B2B procurement marketplace?
Vroozi’s enterprise procurement platform empowers businesses to buy goods and services from multiple suppliers in a single, easy-to-use marketplace or eProcurement platform. Our B2B marketplace solution streamlines B2B purchasing, allowing businesses to compare options, manage orders, and maintain accurate spend data.
Which types of catalog does your procurement solution support?
Our B2B procurement marketplace supports hosted catalogs and punch-out catalogs, including Level-2 punch-out catalogs where available.
What's the difference between hosted catalogs and punch-out catalogs?
The main difference is where the catalog data is stored and how it is accessed:
- Hosted catalogs are stored within the marketplace platform itself. They contain a predefined list of products and prices, usually negotiated and agreed on between your company and its suppliers.
- Punch-out catalogs are external catalogs hosted on the supplier’s ecommerce website. When users select a supplier in the procurement marketplace, they are redirected to the supplier’s online store to browse and select items. Once they choose their items, the cart is transferred back to the marketplace for processing and approval.
- Level-2 punch-out catalogs allow users to access individual items within the marketplace. When they select a product, they are redirected to the product page on the supplier’s site.
Can we add custom information to supplier catalogs and products?
Yes, you can add custom information, including attachments, images, tiered pricing, fulfillment lead times, minimum order requirements, and any preferred additional custom fields.
How is hosted catalog content updated and maintained?
Procurement teams can upload hosted catalogs from suppliers or create custom catalogs. In addition, you can allow suppliers to directly manage and update their catalogs, where appropriate.
Punch-out catalogs are managed and updated by the supplier.
How can we connect suppliers' punch-out catalogs to our Vroozi procurement marketplace?
Supplier punch-out catalogs are connected to the Vroozi procurement marketplace via the Open Catalog Interface (OCI) or cXML standards. These standards allow for the integration of punchout catalogs into a centralized repository. You can then shop using the Vroozi marketplace or your connected ERP or eProcurement platform.

What is Vroozi Directory?
Vroozi Directory is a universal supplier directory which allows companies to search across approved and preferred suppliers with contract data based on defined criteria such as location, category, or company attribute. In addition, users can review supplier performance and key metrics such as contract compliance, overall delivery schedules or service performance, and view up to date insurance information.
