G2, the world’s largest business software marketplace, has awarded Vroozi the Best Estimated ROI and Best Results badges in the Procure-to-Pay category. After an exceptional showing in G2’s Fall 2023 reports, Vroozi again came out on the top in multiple categories in G2’s Winter 2024 Reports.
Vroozi earned a record 16 badges and was named in 26 reports in the Procure-to-Pay, Purchasing, Spend Management, and Invoice Management categories.

Vroozi takes top honors for results and estimated ROI in the procure to pay category
Vroozi was honored to be in the #1 position for the Results Index for Procure to Pay. Vroozi customers gave an estimated ROI of 10 months vs. the category average of 19.36 months.
The Results score is affected by the following (in order of importance):
- Customers’ reported ease of doing business with the seller based on reviews by G2 users
- Customers’ satisfaction with the product’s quality of support based on reviews by G2 users
- Customers’ likelihood to recommend each product based on reviews by G2 users
- The number of reviews received on G2; buyers trust a product with more reviews, and a greater number of reviews indicates a more representative and accurate reflection of the customer experience
Vroozi named a high performer in multiple categories
G2’s four-quadrant grids provide a visual representation of software vendor rankings for specific categories. Each vendor’s positioning on the grid is determined by two factors: customer satisfaction ratings based on G2 reviews and the software provider’s market presence which is calculated based on data from different online sources.
