The Intelligent P2P Platform Adds Generative AI Capabilities to Its System to Supercharge a User’s Ability to Extract Data and Execute Orders

SAN FRANCISCO — NOVEMBER 16, 2023 — Vroozi, the intelligent procure-to-pay platform, today announces its new virtual AI assistant that will accompany users throughout the Vroozi application to enable more effective ordering within the platform. The virtual assistant reflects the company’s continued investment in AI capabilities with the goal of streamlining the procure-to-pay process from intake to automated invoice processing. By incorporating large language models (LLM) into the system, the assistant significantly enhances user ability to execute tasks with unprecedented speed and efficiency.

“We are always pushing the envelope of what is possible with AI in procurement and supply chain,” said Shaz Khan, CEO and Founder of Vroozi. “Employee interaction with enterprise applications will go above and beyond the user interface. That’s where AI can be a game changer — specifically generative AI — because now Vroozi can extrapolate data, images, and models from third party sources and other applications within your overall ecosystem. This is an important step for the company and our customer base because it’s the first use case of generative AI that enables this level of speed when it comes to in-app ordering and straight through invoice processing.”

The new virtual assistant will enable users to engage with it on-demand by typing in the actions, data, or processes they need and allowing it to execute tasks on their behalf. Vroozi AI will enable seamless interactions within the platform and be able to orchestrate purchasing needs by request and/or extract data through limited input. The virtual assistant is Vroozi’s first use case of incorporating generative AI into its platform and will supercharge order management by bringing users the ability to find and order products and services within seconds as well as propose specific recommendations to process and pay invoices in any document format.

“This is just the first inning of what generative AI will look like within our application,” Khan continued. “We are committed to harnessing this technology to the fullest potential, offering our customers unparalleled productivity gains and deep analytics on increased supply chain savings and reduction in document processing costs.. The launch of this virtual assistant is a leap forward, setting a new standard for speed and accuracy in procurement technology.

Vroozi AI will be generally available to all customers early 2024.
