In its September 10, 2026 research note, “Vroozi expands spend under management and shortens purchasing cycles,” Nucleus Research describes customer-reported gains from bringing purchases made outside procurement systems into governed buying channels. Its public summary says supplier, category, quantity, and price details became visible at the line level as orders flowed to ERP.
More spend visibility and faster approvals
Nucleus Research reports that customers brought one-quarter to one-third of annual purchase order volume previously placed on purchasing cards into managed purchasing. Customers also reported savings of about 5% of annual indirect spend, rising to at least 10% in previously unmanaged categories.
For 95% of requests, requisition-to-order approval moved to the same day, compared with prior averages above two days. These findings come from the customer interviews summarized on Nucleus Research’s public report page.
